    - Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.

  Express UK Delivery - £4.99
    - Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days.
    - Available on orders placed Monday - Thursday before 2pm. Orders placed after this time can not be guaranteed for Friday or Saturday delivery.

  Please Note:
    - Although our carrier quotes 3-5 working days delivery time, please be prepared to allow longer as delays can occur in exceptional cases.
    - Out of stock products may take 7-14 working days for delivery.
    - Exchanged products will be charged carriage at £4.99


EU Delivery

    - Delivery usually takes 7-14 working days.

Returns

At Walkoutdoors.com we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases, therefore we offer a No Risk Money Back Guarantee. So if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase or it doesn't meet your expectations, you can simply return it to us for a full refund or exchange (less delivery costs). All we ask is that you adhear to the following terms and conditions:

• Items being returned to Walk Outdoors under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee must be received by us before 30 Days from your original purchase date has passed.
• Items received after 30 Days will be returned to the customer and postage charged to their account.
• Goods being returned as not required should not have been used.
• Items must be received in a 'saleable' condition with original packaging & accessories and be unmarked / undamaged.
• Items not in a 'saleable' condition will be returned to the customer and postage charged to their account.
• Items must be returned using an insured / recorded service to protect against damage or loss.
• It is the responsibility of the sender to pursue a claim for damaged or lost items.
• Exchanging items within 30 Days will be subject to a re-delivery charge.
• The 30 Day Guarantee does not apply to an exchanged or a faulty replacement.
