Hi,
Just wanted to say thanks for getting the lamp out to me so quickly. I tried it out the same evening (I walk a few miles a night with my dog) and it is absolutely unbelievable, like walking in daylight. A really spot on product and well worth the money. I took out my Petzl Tikka XP to compare them, and the Ultra on the economy setting is about 2 X brighter than the Tikka.

I bought a Deuter 75+10 rucksack from you earlier this year during a visit to Newcastle and thought I would drop you a line to say how pleased I have been with its performance. As an IML living in France, I use a variety of rucksacks and having just used the Deuter 75+10 for a 14 day crossing of the GR20 in Corsica I was absolutely delighted with its comfort, quality of construction and load carrying abilities. With an average load of 15kg, including the weight of the sack, the chunky hip belt and harness system easily handled the load, and I never had sore shoulders or any rubs.
Thanks again for supplying such a good piece of kit.
