Terms and conditions apply only to the use of this Walkoutdoors website. Please read carefully through the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions do not use this Website. If you do access the Website, and place an order, you thereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as set out below.

Ordering: All orders can be placed online through the Website. Please do not e-mail your card details. Responsibility cannot be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders are subject to availability.

Payment Method: You can pay by most major credit and debit cards. We are not able to accept cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website. You must provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement.

No responsibility can be taken by Walkoutdoors for incorrect, or incomplete, details submitted on the website. Orders without this information cannot be successfully processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.

Out of Stock: If any item you have chosen is not available you will be contacted via your e-mail address. Out of stock goods marked To Follow on your delivery note will be forwarded automatically.

Pricing Policy: All products on the Walkoutdoors web site are priced in pounds sterling and include EU VAT at the appropriate local rate. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate.

Variation: Prices on walkoutdoors.com may vary on occasions from those found in our retail store.

Delivery: Goods will be delivered as stated in our delivery information section on the website. The maximum period of delivery would be within 21 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.

Return of Goods Policy: Goods can be returned for a full refund including delivery charges if they are faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched within 30 days after receipt of goods.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a refund including delivery charge within 30 days after the receipt of the goods.

If the goods are returned for any other reason standard carriage charges incured at time of purchase will be refunded, if an express delivery option has been selected that will not be refunded under distance selling regulations 2014.

If you simply do not like your purchase, you will need to return the item at your own expense. If the item you have received is wrong or faulty, postage will be reimbursed.

Exchanged products: Cost of standard carriage is FREE on replacement goods over £30.

Please Note: Items must be unused, have their original packaging and labeling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

The card used for the purchase of goods will be credited with the original purchase amount.

Cancellation Policy: We aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations and subject to the provisions of our returns policy outlined above, every customer has the right to cancel their order within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Complaints: We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be emailed to enquiries@walkoutdoors.com, or mailed to Walkoutdoors 49, Ilfracombe Gardens, Whitley Bay, Tyne & Wear, NE26 3LZ, England. Complaints: We aim to acknowledge complaints within 7 days, and our acknowledgement will always include the name of the person who is dealing with your case.

Data Protection and Privacy: Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
