I was looking for a Satmap Active 10 in Edinburgh where I live, but then I found Outdoorworld online and called them. They were so friendly and helpful when I called I decided to buy it from them, when I could have walked for 10 minutes down the street! Had a slight delivery hold up, but they called my home and kept me informed and then it came on the new date suggested. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT DEAD. Thanks guys, I will be back as someone once said!
