Goods can be returned for a full refund including delivery charge if they are faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched within 30 days after receipt of goods.
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a refund including delivery charge within 30 days after the receipt of the goods.
If the goods are returned for any other reason standard carriage charges incured at time of purchase will be refunded, if an express delivery option has been selected that will not be refunded under distance selling regulations 2014.
If you simply do not like your purchase, you will need to return the item at your own expense. If the item you have received is wrong or faulty, postage will be reimbursed.
Please Note: Items must be unused, have their original packaging and labeling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
