Alpaca wool is similar to sheep's wool but both warmer and stronger. It is softer and lanolin free making it hypoallergenic, therefore causing fewer allergic reactions. We have combined the alpaca with soft, spongy fibres, which have a natural crimp, resulting in a naturally elastic yarn. The blend of alpaca and merino provides a luxurious feel, using the strengths of both yarns to create a sock which gives you an ideal temperature regulation, high abrasion resistance, odour control and maximum comfort.
